Microsoft expands the availability of MyAnalytics

Hi Everyone,

To anyone that knows me they will know that I am a big advocate for harnessing organisational intelligence. Never have we had so much data and technology at our fingertips. This has created a vast ecosystem of tools and platforms that can help us surface and manipulate this data in ways that previously were out of reach of most or came a large cost and consumed large amounts of time.

Microsoft MyAnalytics, formerly Delve Analytics, is a service designed to help people gain insight into how they spend their time, with the goal of optimising tasks and making them more efficient.

Until now, MyAnalytics was only available with an Enterprise E5 plan or as an add-on to E1 and E3 plans and only included Exchange Online data.

Microsoft has recently announced that it is expanding the availability of MyAnalytics to all Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Business suites (Business Essentials, Business Premium E1, E3, and E5 plans).

In addition to this, Microsoft also announced they will be expanding the MyAnalytics platform to now offering insights from Microsoft Teams (calls and chats), OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.  These additional insights will begin rolling out to existing customers with MyAnalytics in January 2019.
